One to One Trainings allow us to personalize the training to Aligned with your unique Learning Style and Optimize our time together to support your healing journey intentionally. Group Trainings available (2-4people). Save $25 - $50 each. This life changing course is filled with holistic tools to transform and enhance your abilities to heal your body, mind and spirit using Universal Life-Force Energy. Learn the history of Reiki, levels, benefits and how they can be utilized to maximize healing. With level one you will learn how to do self treatments, how to call on and use Reiki for all physical, mental, emotional, aura, and spiritual needs. You will be able to use Reiki through your hands and send Reiki to your plants, animals, friends, family and objects such as (food, blankets, pillows, beds, crystals, jewelry, etc). Usui Level I certificate 1 day training includes: * Learning manual * Bonus resources to support learning (handouts, audio meditations, links, etc) * Opportunities to practice hands on skills and techniques * Grounding practices * Clearing practices * Guided meditations * Journaling * Attunement ceremony * Supportive Holistic healing education on how to use: chakras, crystals, oils, healing sounds, chants and intuition. * Reiki cleanse protocol and follow-up accountability group (optional) * Certificate upon completion of course material, hand on practice and attunements.
