Book online through the website using your chosen credit card. Service Fee of 3.5% will be added to invoices if not paid at the time of booking. Events may also be subject to a service fee.

Choose "pay in person" option through the website. This option is for clients wishing to pay e-transfer or cash.

e-transfers will not be charged a service fee and can refer to the subtotal amount.

Cash payments only available for returning regular clients. Cash payments must be made at the start of your session. Payment in Full must be made in advance for all Trainings and Workshops.

Cash payments will not be accepted for mobile services.

Cheque payments will only be available for businesses, companies, and corporations. Personal cheques will not be accepted.

Cheques must be given prior to the session, event, training or workshop starting. NSF fees will be at the expense of the company/corporation/business.

To confirm your booking please make all payments as soon as possible. Your service may be canceled at JoyUs Therapies discretion, if payments have not been received within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time.

We DO NOT offer Refunds, however you can transfer your session to another person or use the amount payed as a future credit. Please call or email to request the change. Your guest will be required to fill out a client intake and consent form prior to attending your session. No shows will not be offered a credit and won’t be able to transfer their session to another person.

Life happens. We understand schedules change. We kindly ask for 48hrs notice whenever possible for all changes or cancellations. You may be charged full price for missed appointments or consistent last minute changes or cancellations.

All NEW JoyUs Therapies clients are required to fill out the "client intake and consent" form prior to their first treatment or training.

If you are under the age of 18, a Parent/Guardian must fill out the Client Intake and Consent form on your behalf.

Future Bookings do not require a new consent form. Except minors.

Please be advised, all future bookings reactive all terms, conditions and consent. It is your responsibility to update your health information at the beginning of each session.

No unfortunately our healing studio is not accessible to all abilities. Staircase accessible to basement. Hand rail on left , wall on the right. Narrow entrance.

Incline on walk way with no hand supports until you reach the back of the house. Hand rail available on the right, few steps leading up to the side door. Uncovered walkway and variable street parking may require more walking.

If mobility and accessibility is a concern at this time. We highly recommend booking a Distant healing service or mobile service option.

Free Street parking available. Please be mindful not to block neighbouring driveways.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers to support your temperature preferences. The healing studio is located in the basement and can be cooler in temperature. It is helpful to avoid clothing or jewellery that may interfere with your comfort during your session. There is a coat hook and shoe area available at the bottom of the stairs.

Children: Parents and Guardians must sign the consent form for all dependents under 18 years of age. We require a guardian to accompany all children under the age of 16. Please call prior to booking a session for your child.

Pets: We do not specialize in Pet Reiki however we do offer energy scans and distant healing sessions for pets. It is recommended to call prior to booking.

Seniors: Candice Macpherson has over 17 years of experience working with the senior population. Customized healing services and programs available. Please note that JoyUs Therapies Healing Studio is located in the basement (several steep stairs a limiting factor). If mobility is an issue please call to inquire about mobile or distance healing service options.
